Well I knew he was coming home with it - we've long talked of getting one - but hadn't seen it first hand. This seemed like the perfect time to make an investment into some future quality family time, and since I don't consider tent camping quality time, we needed the trailer to make that happen. :)
Here we are on our maiden voyage:

We stuck really close to home and spent the weekend at on the Bluffs at SanO.
There was BBQing....

There was lounging...

There were grandparents (for the day. I get my camping aversion from somewhere, and it's not my Dad.)
There was beach....
And there were s'mores....

It was such a great trip, in fact, that we planned a last minute one to Crystal Cove this last weekend. Not too shabby of a view for the weekend, I'd say.
We beached it again...
With some friends....
Spotted a deer mere steps away from the beach on a run...
And had an all around great time!
